Every session is different because every person is different. But in general, expect a blend of deep conversation, guided breathwork, contemplative inquiry, and healing touch. I follow what wants to emerge  – sometimes that’s an emotional release, sometimes a profound silence, sometimes laughter. The common thread is simply: letting go and having a deep relax. Together we are met, honored and guided by something bigger than the both of us.

It draws from all three, but isn’t confined to any one. Think of it as a spontaneous transmission – part mentorship, part energetic attunement, part birthing the new. I bring over 30 yrs of spiritual practice, intuitive guidance, and hands-on experience. Some sessions are mostly dialogue and inquiry. Others involve more somatic work and energetic touch, including tantric if requested. It’s whatever most serves.

Welcome here!  New persons often have the most powerful experiences, because they arrive without expectations. No prior knowledge of tantra, vedas, breathwork, or anything spiritual is required. Just come as you are. I will meet you exactly where you are and we’ll go from there. Curiosity and heartfelt sincerity are the only prerequisites.

Some people feel nervous until they finally meet me. When we meet, you will know quickly that all is well. I am a compassionate, non-judgmental person. I do not care what body type you have or how experienced you may or may not be. I see into the Soul. Everyone has some interesting vulnerability, including me. Only when we feel safe do we share, as well it should be.

They are all streams flowing to the same ocean. The ancient Vedas speak of cosmic order and self-realization. True Tantra (not the Western distortion) is about direct experience of the divine through the body. The Christ Way teaches surrender, love, and resurrection. I call it “the shortcut.” And beneath all of these is the Primordial – the nameless vital source before any tradition gave it a name. I draw from all of these. Narrow is the way, but not narrow minded.

Not at all. This is not about belief — it’s about direct experience. You don’t need to be religious, spiritual, or anything in particular. What matters is your willingness to be honest with yourself, be respectful and keep it real. Dogma has no place here. Authentic inquiry does. We connect at the heart.

Awakening isn’t a single event — it’s an ongoing unfoldment. It’s the gradual (or sometimes sudden) recognition that you are not separate from life, from source, from love. It shows up as greater clarity, deeper peace, pure embodiment, and a natural compassion. We support what is already wanting to emerge.

My workspace is on the north shore of the Hawaiian Island of Maui, not far from Mama’s Fish House. I also enjoy short trips once or twice a year, mostly to California. Please inquire if you would like me to notify you of my next visit to your area.

Yes. A tremendous amount can happen in a private telephone or video session. Right from home, you can receive guidance on any topic – love, life direction, spiritual practice, healing, or simply having a safe space to speak your truth. I often prefer audio-only calls, as they allow both of us to drop in more deeply without the distraction of a screen. However, for couples, video can work beautifully.

A minimum of 90 minutes is recommended, especially the first time. Please visit the Sessions Page for current offerings and suggested donations. You are only paying for my time, which I never seem to have enough of! If you are sincere and financially challenged, please talk to me – I do not like turning away compatible persons, and there are sometimes creative ways to make it work.
